Meet Gary
Gary joined Sydney Financial Planning in 2004 and has grown with the practice ever since — taking on roles as Technical Manager, Financial Planning Manager and Practice Manager along the way. That breadth of experience means Gary doesn’t just understand financial planning from a client’s perspective; he understands how a great practice operates from the inside out.
His approach is focused and client-centred: he’d rather listen than talk, and his goal-setting process starts by helping clients articulate exactly what they want their financial future to look like. He has particular expertise in retirement planning – both preparing for it and structuring income strategies once you’re there – alongside wealth creation advice for clients building long-term financial security.
Under Gary’s leadership as Practice Manager, Sydney Financial Planning has maintained its Certified Quality Advice Practice designation – a benchmark that reflects the firm’s commitment to consistent, high-quality advice. He has been recognised as a Most Trusted Adviser by the independent Beddoes Institute five times, and holds an Adviser Ratings Platinum Adviser designation and Top 50 Adviser ranking.
